Lidia Gloria Wilson Hernández is a Computer Engineering from the Technological University of Havana "José Antonio Echevarria" CUJAE, where she received her Bachelor's degree in 2017. Her thesis, presented at the 1st International Scientific Convention of the UTM, Portoviejo, Ecuador (October 2017), was focused on developing an expert system for industrial chemical processes.

Following her graduation, Lidia worked for the Bio-Pharmaceutical industry working as a Software Specialist for five years at both Blood Hemoderivates (SH+ AICA) and Information Technology Company (ETI). During those years, she also attended various courses to further her knowledge, related with programming languages for backend and frontend development.

In 2019, she participated in conferences and seminars related to software security and quality, big data and industry 4.0.
