Athanasios Garyfalos is a graduate of Bradford University in the area of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Bachelor), and Wireless Sensors Networks (Masters). He started his career as Junior Power Quality Engineer for ENTEchnik LTD. The company provided him the opportunity of continuous training in Camille Bauer LTD and Gossen Metrawatt LTD in Wollen of Switcher land and Nuremberg of Germany respectively, focusing on Electrical heavy duty instruments manipulation. After Spending nearly two years in the Greek industry facing power quality study cases, decided to change his career path and become a research engineer. He is looking forward to expand his theoretical and practical skills in greater depth focusing on Wireless Sensor Networks by starting his PhD as a student at CISTER.
